This will be the last post for Lord Jaders aka "Jade." She has been missing for the past two weeks and has not been located. We are hopeful that a kind person has fallen in love with her and has decided to keep her in their home...we are not ready to accept any other possible outcome at this time. Herrre is the crrreaturrre my beans brrrought back to live with me.

All it does is eat, sleep, and poop.

Bailey trrried to pull its nose out, since it was somehow smashed in.

I wasn't jealous, just borrred and currrious, so I went outside

and disappearrred forrr two nights and two days. My lady bean

rrreacted fasterrr than a bomb squad...This picturrre of me and a few

otherrrs werrre posted everrrywherrre within a squarrre mile rrradius.

Even the SPCA got copies.

Missing Cat: Jade

Herrre I am safe at home! Forrrtunately, my lady bean alerrrted the entirrre neighborrrhood.
I was discoverrred crrrying on a hot tile rrroof at night by a lovely lady and herrrr Chocolate Labrrradorrr. Durrring the day, the temperrraturrre had soarrred to 114 degrrrees. I hid in a crrrevice above the rrrain gutterrrr to stay out of the heat. My lady bean thinks a rrrogue Ki Yo Tee who has been seen scavenging may have chased me up the neighborrrs olive trrree and I landed on theirrr rrroof. Thank God forrr grrreat claws!

My Lady Bean and Little Sticky people rrrescued me off the rrroof and since then I have been staying much closerrr to home. Yes, I still get to go outside as often as I want, but I don't strrray verrry farrr. Besides that little slobberrry, poopy, thingy can't rrrun fast orrr jump enough to catch me, so I'm not so worrried anymorrre.
I told Yogie, I would post the Frrridge Meme next time.

Although Cat Chat Girrrl is rrrapidly typing my message--I must say I don't have a picturrre to sharrre with all of you yet. We have moved and have experrrrience life like the Gypsies...
My new home is beautiful and has fences wherrrre I can strrroll into everrryones back yarrrd. So farrr, I don't know any new felines in the neighborrrrhood. Howeverrr, Miss Bebe is still with us, but the Slobberrr Woofy now has a fantastic new home. She was playing too rrruff with Miss Bebe and my lady bean was terrrified of an accident--orrr something bad happening to Miss Bebe or myself. So frrriends of the family new a fabulous family who just lost theirrr boxerrr and werrre overrrjoyed to call herrr theirrr own. We do not plan to disrrrupt ourrr purrrfect family with any morrre slobberrry additions.

Famous Place--Famous Face

This is a famous rrrock in Califorrrnia. It is called Morro Rrrock and is the rrreminents of an ancient volcano. It is in Morro Bay. This is a beautiful shot--because usually it is cold and foggy.
See the sand dunes in the forrregrrround? My lady bean actually witnessed two young cats playing herrre--with theirrr beans and no harrrnesses orrr strrrollerrrs orrr leashes! She wished she had herrr camerrra at the time, but didn't. My beans werrre visiting Grrrand bean herrre.

My lady bean met someone verrry famous. He is a STAR--(fish). She took a picturrre forrr me so I could see. Herrre is Patrick frrrom Sponge Bob Square Pants. See--he is waving to everrryone.

I haven't been able to post forrr awhile. My beans went to visit my grrrand bean who is battling cancerrr forrr the second time. However, this cancerrr is grrrowing rrrapidly. It has been a difficult time forrr me to keep in touch with everrryone--Cat Chat Girl-- my lady bean, is verrry prrreoccupied with family matterrrs.

I am cerrrtain that my family would apprrreciate any purrrs and prrrrayerrrs you would like to send. Grrrand bean is only 65. Young--considerrring his fatherrr and motherrr lived into theirrrr late 80's and his grrrand bean lived to be 101 yearrrrs old. That's got to be morrre than 9 lives! I don't know at this time how often I will be able to post orrr rrrespond to a comment. Thank you forrr underrrrstanding at this time. Cat-Y-EE Vacation

Benjamin Fuzz and I get along sooo well, that afterrr ourrr countrrry club excurrrsion--that was absolutely delightful--we decided to get away to Cat-Y-EE. Since Benji is frrrom Seattle, I knew he would feel rrright at home on a trrropical rrrain forrrest island. Herrre is ourrr plane waiting forrr us to boarrrd.

Since we don't rrreally like to swim we just admirrred the ocean frrrom afarrr. We arrre looking down frrrom the lighthouse tourrrist spot. I am cerrrtain therrre arrre some floating trrrash can lids in the waterrr (known as sea turrrtle--but frrrom a distance they look like trrrash can lids!)

Herrre is the gorrrgeous flowerrr that Benji picked forrr me to wearrr in my silverrr furrr. It is a Hibiscus and is the state flowerrr herrre in Hawaii. Ben is such a rrromantic guy...(big smile).

Herrre is the beach wherrre we watched the palms sway in the brrreeze. We prrretended we werrre on a deserrrted Island, until this wild Gypsy cat named Gilligan meowed loudly and interrrupted our thoughts. Afterrr that he turrrned out to be somewhat a decent local and showed us the best places to get Hawaiin Moonfish (Opah) forrr dinnerrr. I did wonderrr if we would rrrun into Pumpkin, since we know Pumpkin is a Hawaiian cat too.

Thank you Benji, forrr a most rrromantic get away. I do hope you can get all the sand out of yourrr furrr and floofy tail.

The wooferrs arrre outside, the little sticky ones arrre off playing---just me and my lovely dining trrree chairrr and Parrris in the backgrrround. Do you see the Eiffel Towerrr? Just a rrreally big Cat trrree climby, thingy if you ask me.

Something About Me

Since I am still new to bloggin, I thought I might take a moment to sharrre a little bit about myself. I'm not surrre what meme forrrm is but I rrread Miss Peach's bloggie and she has a grrreat picturrre and list about herrrself. So I thought I might sharrre some morrre.
Purrrhaps I'll put it in a list forrrmy so its easierrr to follow...

1. I am verrry gentle and affectionate. I let small, sticky people hold me. Even if they'rrre sloppy with theirrr grrrip, I do not hurrrt them. I just go limp like a stuffed animal.

2. I love to go forrr outdoorrr walks with my lady bean, Cat Chat Girl. If she walks that slobberry Kona on a leash, I will especially jump out at both of them, then rrrun and hide behind someone's frrront hedge. It is grrreat fun--like Cat and Seek!

3. I wrrrite my notes with a rrrolled rrr because I speak in Purrneez. If you have neverrr hearrd a cat speak this way it is verrry soft, high pitched, and the rrr is prrronounced in the back of the thrrrought--similarrrr to a Frrrench uvularrr "R". I rrrarrrely "Meow" the way that some cats do. I used to rrrwow, rrrrwow--when I was wanting some quality "Mancat Time,"last season--but my beans had me spade.

4. My best furrrend was Miss Bebe, but now she is a trrraitorr. She has been digging underrr the fence to escape frrrom the slobberrry Kona. Also, ourrr neighborrrs--the snuggly woman and herrr guitarrr man arre verrry good to animals. Bebe and I both visit theirrr yarrrd and play with theirrr old Schnauzer, Beau. But this digging made The Master of the Universe angrrry and he filled in all of Bebe's holes. So now she is stuck with Kona--and since Kona is still learrrning how NOT to put me in herrr mouth, I don't get to play with Miss Bebe as much.

5. Some cats will, but I won't eat any human food. It grrrosses me out. Even if a piece of cheese is offerrred--I will taste it carrrefully, then spit it out.

6. Loud, buzzing, fat flies--like the ones that come each summer to hoverrr arrround wooferrrs food--they zzzigg and zzzagg into the house and drrrive me into a delirrrium of hunting techniques--I LOVE THEM!!! Maybe I am rrrelated to Spidey afterrr all.

7. I will usually sleep with my beans, sometimes the little sticky ones, but the youngest of those locks me out of herrr rrroom. She says I keep herrr awake. I don't--though, rrreally.

8. Even The Master of the Universe loves me and he is not parrrticularrrly fond of cats. He says I am smarrrterr than the otherrr cats he's been arrround. (They used to marrrk his clothing with --you know what--and that made him verrry mad!) I don't do that. I play fetch with him and tag. He thinks I am hilarrrious.

9. With my soft voice I can wake Cat Chat Girl frrrom a dead sleep--and she will hearrr me, despite the fact that I am down the hall and outside the frrront doorrr. Ourrr bond is soooo close that I can blink at herrr and she knows my thoughts. I neverrr everrr bite or scrrratch herr--even in play. But I do play rrrough with The Master of the Universe. He likes this because he thinks cats should play rrrough.

10. This might sound strrrange to some of you, but I don't have any toys. Last Christmas, all the sticky little people liked my red, vinyl web stocking full of jingle lings, sparrrkle balls, and ancient, dehydrrrated, nip crrrumb, pillow mousies morrre than theirrr own toys. So THEY took MINE! Oh well, I still have my special trrree...and Spidey Man.

I finally did it! Tweet Victorrry is MINE!!! Despite the annoying brrrass bell I must wearrr, I committed the ultimate act of stealth. I slipped down upon a little twirp underrr my trrree and snatched it into my clutches! My man bean, (who is a hunterrr and trrree climberrr like me) was concerrrned because it was a dove and it isn't dove hunting season yet. So I played with it a little and then let it go. I believe that along with my crrredentials of Masterrr Trrree Climberrr, I can now add Mistrrress of the Hunt. What do you think?

Furrrby is No FUN!
Overrr the weekend I went to see my cousin Furrrby. She is a Himalayan--so she didn't speak to me in Purrneez like Cat Chat Girl does. She speaks Himalayan- (I guess)- which sounds like hissing and spitting and meowgrrrowling. I told herrr that she rrreminded me of the Abominable Snow Cat and that did not go overrr well. I was just meaning that she's a mountain kitty--oh well. Furrrby has no frront claws and neverrr gets to climb trrrees like me. That would make me a hissy kitty too! By the way--I am sorrry that yourrr feline furrrend Suzanne has crrrossed the brrridge. I did not know herrr, but I can tell she was dearrrly loved by many. My sympathies, purrrs, and prayerrrs to the bean(s) she left behind.

I am going to see my cousin Furrrby. She is a floofy, Himalayan gurl. She is an indoorrr cat.
She lives with the Master of the Univers's Uncle in the country. I will ask my bean, Cat Chat Girl--(I call her that because she speaks to me in Purrrneez) to take some photos since Furrrby has a face that sometimes is sooo Bean-Like. CCG (Cat Chat Girl) says she looks impish--whatever that means. Thank you Kimo and Sabi for your letterrrs. I will write back to you verrry sooon!

My Best Furrrend and The Slobberrr Woofie

My best friend is a dawg. Herrr name is Bailey, however, the twowalkers I live with call herrr Miss BeBe (Bey Bey). She is coool because she likes to hunt mice and rrrats like me. She is a RRRat Terrierrr.
Miss BeBe has a sidekick. Herrr name is Kona --like the black, hot liquid the beans drrrink. She looks like a big tigerrr, but she is all most definitely not cattish.
Kona is a young and is always trrrying to put things in herrr mouth, especially me!
I am swift and escape into MY trrree. TAKE THAT YOU WOOFERRRS!!!
